Therapy can be that space for you. I specialize in working with humans who are experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, or are in the midst of life changes (I mean who isn’t). I also work with those on a journey of healing from trauma, the type of trauma that’s made you feel unseen, unheard and unloved.

Self-Paced Healing
